With our super fast, high performance Mita LDC-790 Laser Fax, small business users and corporate workgroups can cut their long distance phone costs in half. This state-of-the-art laser fax is designed for heavy volume use in buzy offices where reducing long distance costs can result in significant savings of thousands of dollars a year.

Super G3 Laser Fax

The LDC-790 sports a fast 33.3 kbps, V.34 modem and the new JBIG (Joint Binary Image Group) Compression technology to achieve the fastest fax transmission speeds possible. This V.34 class modem features a "short handshake," further reducing conventional connect times.

The Mita LDC-790 Laser Fax also sports a 2-second-per-page Quick Scan feature. This allows users to rapidly scan documents into memory via a 50-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). And Dual Access allows scanning of documents into memory even while the unit is transmitting or receiving, which eliminates waiting at the fax machine, saving time for users.

Easy to Use

Mita's compact LDC-790 laser fax model is easy to use, with user-friendly control panels and clearly-labeled functions. Image quality is enhanced with 64-Levels of Grayscale and Mita's Image Smoothing for crisp text, graphics and photos.

A 250-sheet, front-loading universal paper drawer allows for either letter or legal-size paper. Users can increase paper capacity with an optional 250-sheet drawer, so that both letter and legal-size paper can be online. Digital electronic sorting provides collated, face-down output of document sets in correct order. And for users that value convenience copying, up to 99 continuous copies can be produced automatically.

The LDC-790 has a standard memory capacity of 1MB or 60 pages, which can be expanded by an additional 1MB to 120 pages, 2MB to 180 pages or 4MB to 300 pages. Larger memory capacity allows users to send and receive a higher volume of documents which can be transmitted during off-peak hours to further reduce long distance costs.

Transmissions are automatically received into memory if the machine runs out of paper and the unit's Battery Back-Up feature ensures that information won't be lost, even if there is a power supply interruption.
